In addition to Milot's post about Menlo trip

Milot's post.

Kae's post.

I support kae’s that menlo is nice place to work , I have never heard about these kind of office environment in my life. The whole team was pretty good at work and they have nice team work like sharing desktops and kind of stuff. But one low I can say about them is that they little bit over confident. They are using all kind of software and also criticizing the software, but I have experienced new in my life before I graduate.

Their work environment is too different. Some of them may not be able to work in such type of environment. Their employees might get idea about all projects and all softwares. But they may not be perfect in any of the softwares. Menlo employees can't work in other companies. This methodology best suits for small companies with 30-40 employees.

But this is a good experience for all of us who attended this trip. I wish Dr.Bud and future Global-IT club president might organize these kind of company visits in the coming semesters. These trips will help students to get an idea how companies work.

Ratna.

I think the observation about whether this will scale are very good. Right now, they are at a maximum capacity of 75.
