Throughout the term, we've had a couple of SPAM explosions. Call this the bane of Web 2.0. One issue raised by Juweria and Dean is how to stop the emails coming to you every time you get a comment. This seems to be the major irritant.
To stop emails, just go into your blog's detailed settings under feedback. About halfway down the page you'll find settings to control when you get an email for both comments and trackbacks.
