Its nice to know from your blog post that Google is allowing POP access to other email accounts.
I'll be very cautious about accessing "all" your other email accounts through google. It comes with a price. You'll never know how the information in your email will be used for marketing and other purposes. There is a reason why Gmail does not limit the mailbox size.
About you not being able to access Yahoo .....Well, Yahoo is a web-based (html) mail. You can convert those emails to POP format if you need to. But that feature is not available with free yahoo accounts.
The same reason applies to Rediff mail also. They do not provide POP3 access to free email accounts. They provide something called Rediff Pro which is a paid service and it provides many other things besides POP3 access. You can read about it here

Thanks for your information why iam not able to fetch mails from other mail accounts.
But this is helping me for my emich.Thank God!now there is no problem of over quota to my emich.
