Difference between Microsoft.XMLHTTP and Msxml2.XMLHTTP

I was just wondering , what might be the difference between the Microsoft.XMLHTTP and Msxml2.XMLHTTP . Is it just that they are two different versions of the same thing or do we have any specific conditions where we need to use them ?

I just feel that one is version specific and the other is not. Any other answers?
