I just have one suggestion at the onset you could maybe make the information pertaining to the company income statement , and balance sheet invisible and then load that information after the company is chosen. Your website looks really great, I really like the set of instructions you have provided for the users, this will keep the users on track. I do have some suggestions , the label Departure date and return date can be replaced with Check-in date and Check-Out date , because I feel that Departure and Return dates are used more with booking flights .... You may also want to check if the Check In date is lesser than the check out date.
I selected Ann arbor as the city ... the page said loading ... but nothing was visible ... i checked the error console and this was the error that was displayed
