Education ChUser prototype 2 is very impressive. The format is easy to use, and jumps right out at you. The CNN news updates are also a nice touch.
Additional searching features might be considered as an area to improve the site. Allowing users to query a state for universities with an average GPA and/or ACT/SAT could prove quite useful.
